HOW IT WORKS

Hello! Welcome to Personal Shopping experience for The Spice Suite. We are excited to meet your needs and provide full service personal shopping. PLEASE READ THE FULL DETAILS BELOW TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE.

1.) Fees:  We charge a personal shopping service fee and shipping fees for all orders. NOTE: At the time of placing your order, the service fee and shipping fees will be due to secure your trip. Personal shopping fees are as follows:

a. $30 for orders up to $150

b. $50 for orders $151 - $300 

c. $70 for orders $301 - $400

d. $100 for orders over $400 

2.) Logistics: Once you complete shopping and process your payment on this site, a personal shopper will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your order and discuss any specifics.

 

 

 

3.) Personal Shoppers: If you have a personal shopper, you will have the opportunity to indicate the name of that shopper on this site. If you don’t have a personal shopper, one will be assigned to shop for you. NOTE: not all shoppers have access to this site so you may be assigned a new shopper if your shopper does not have access.

6.) Now that you've read 1-5, and are ready to place your order, visit the shop page. 

Note: The shop section is password protected. The password is given out once you agree to the terms below and are ready to shop online and have a personal shopper reach out to you.

 

7.) Payment Methods: Each personal shopper accepts a variety of payments including CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Your selected shopper will advise of their preferred payment methods when they contact you.

 

8.) Shipping and Local Pickup: All orders will be shipped within 48 hours via either FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Shipping fees vary based on the carrier. Some shoppers may use FedEx Pack and Ship. For shoppers that use FedEx, you are required to have a FedEx account. Please indicate if you have an account or not to help us assign you to the appropriate shopper.

 

 

 

9.) Item Availability and Substitutions: If an item you requested is not available, a substitution will be made for another item within the same category at the discretion of the shopper. Inventory in the Spice Suite is always changing, and no formal product list exists. Please give us an idea of what flavors you like so we may pick up the best products for you. 

 

 

10.) Refunds: There are no refunds.
While The Spice Suite supports the personal shoppers, we are not responsible for any order issues. Please reach out to your shopper directly.
